I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my amazing fianc JP and extremely happy Dad Henry. People know me best through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my brother and parents at the age of one and half. Without my parents' love of hard work and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't be here sharing my life. As I knew I could achieve a better future, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. I had a set plan in life: go to university and get a corporate job get married buy an apartment and have children. My plan for success was to go to college, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry to buy a home and start a family. Life had other ideas. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job because the pay and prestige was not bringing me joyIt was that I was throwing my life away for a paycheck even though I knew I was meant for more. When I started to take steps to a new path in life I discovered the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being in the company of people and am eager to help them. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth this year, 2021. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian women. Within the field of coaching I would like to change the world through providing high-quality training that will help others become more healthy and happy. I also strive to empower others to go after their dreams and do all they wish to do in their life. While my career was taking flight, I lost my mother. The loss of my mother is most devastating of them everything. She won her eight-year battle with the disease. Now she's resting on Heaven, and I always have her close to my heart. The universe has a way with giving us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in this moment. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways and I believe my mom gave me a second chance to be alive through her death. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and give me a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I am living now instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. When I share my experience, I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for yours. I hope to help you realize that you're not alone. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. My hope is that you live life to the highest level and not have regrets in the final hours of your life. We are the only assurance in this the world.
